(2016) RWE increases hydropower portfolio in Scotland
RWE International is increasing its hydropower portfolio in Scotland. After the commissioning of the Cia Aig run-of-river scheme the company now operates 15 hydroelectric power stations in Scotland.

River Lochy Hydro is located at Inverlochy, just east of Dalmally, and is the fourth hydro project to be developed by Gilkes Energy on the National Forest Estate managed by Forestry Commission Scotland.
