Pen y Cymoedd Wind Energy Project is a 76 turbine wind energy project, located in South Wales. In May 2012 the project was granted consent by the Secretary of State for Energy.

The project is expected to be operational by 2016, and will have an installed capacity of up to 228MW.

Developers behind the largest onshore wind farm project in England and Wales have awarded two new multi-million pound contracts to supply chain companies.

Gruggandoo Wind Farm April 2017
The proposed scheme would have an installed capacity of 39.6MW, comprising 12 turbines, each with a maximum blade tip height of 125m and a hub height of 75m. Access to the site will be taken from Mullgahgarriff Road for all turbines.

PLANNING APPROVAL UNANIMOUSLY GIVEN FOR CROSSDYKES WIND FARM
