New hydro-electric plant at OSBASTON is a masterstroke of engineering
The new hydropower scheme and fish pass on the River Monnow in Monmouthshire means that migratory fish like salmon and sewin can make their way past a weir at OSBASTON to spawn upstream for the first time in 300 years.
