Project Info |
Energy company hopes to build solar park in WEST KINGSDOWN The site between Crowhurst Lane and Fawkham Road has been earmarked for the project which is in the early stages of negotiation. Hive Energy, a solar park developer, has sent a screening letter to Sevenoaks District Council
Solar farm plans withdrawn A planning application to build a 93-acre solar park and install around 72,000 panels on land located between Fawkham Road and Crowhurst Lane, near the M20 in WEST KINGSDOWN, has been withdrawn by developers, Hive Energy.
Solar park suggested for WEST KINGSDOWN Hive Energy has asked Sevenoaks District Council for it's views on the plan before any formal application for planning is made.
Cloud hangs over solar park plans The 93-acre development, which would provide enough electricity to power almost 5,500 homes, has been given the thumbs down by the parish councils of WEST KINGSDOWN, Fawkham and Ash-cum-Ridley.
