Hazel Capital has just launched its most recent solar offer inviting investment in the construction and operation of an 11MW solar farm at the North Norfolk Business Centre, near Cromer in Norfolk. The site is fully permitted and will be built out in April May 2013. 40,000 panels on 64 acres.
